Instructions
  1. Place first four ingredients into the blender container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. if using a Vitamix, select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on quickly, increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 7 minutes.
  5. While machine is processing, slowly mix the potato starch with 1/2 cup of milk in a measuring cup.
  6. Reduce speed to Variable 3, remove lid plug, and pour in starch mixture slowly through the lid plug opening.
  7. Blend for 1 minute at a low setting (variable 3 on Vitamin).
  8. Add vanilla through the lid opening during the last 15 seconds.
  9. Consume right away (I like it warm) or place in refrigerator to consume after it has chilled.
