Berry Yummy Bowl
Here is an invigorating superfood breakfast or snack. The berries in this Berry Yummy Bowl provide a low-glycemic fruit base with fiber that will keep blood sugar levels even.
Berries are full of vitamin C, manganese, fiber, copper and vitamin K.
The coconut water is a great source of electrolytes and the coconut milk adds a little bit of sweetness and a creamy consistency.
Acai powder adds antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids.
Maca Powder adds B vitamins and vitamin C.
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup blueberries organic, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup raspberries organic, fresh or frozen
- 2 Tbsp acai powder
- 1 Tbsp maca powder
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add some nuts and enjoy.
