You are frustrated with all the misinformation (to give somebody wrong information) and disinformation (false information that is given deliberately) out there about what is good for you.
You are understanding that the food and health industries are trying to sell you solutions that only contribute to other problems and/or perpetuate existing ones.
You are tired of the method of counting Calories in/Calories out because it takes a lot of effort and joy out of eating while rendering little results.
The current USDA’s “Food Pyramid” S.A.D (Standard American Diet) makes people sad, fat and diabetic.
You are overwhelmed because while we live in an era where we have abundance of nutrients and resources to live a vibrant long life, we overloaded with information, and we collectively live in suffering.
“If diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. If diet is correct, medicine is of no need.”
You care about how you are fueling your body, but you don’t have any more time to devote to thinking about it. If you were to think about it, then you know that you’ll have to start researching. You’ll then have to figure out which sources are unbiased and seek out independent sources. You will then have to read all sorts of books to demystify intentionally complicated science from what was once purely simple real food ingredients and nutritional information.
Remember, it is a lucrative business to make food and health complicated.
And it is a good service to make it simple.
